Have I mentioned how much I love our County?
They put on the best free events such as this fabulous Harvest Festival.
It was a beautiful day. We tagged along with the Gibbons since our daddy was gone that day.
Lucy's first Pony Ride!
Frankly I am surprised she did it. She loves animals from a distance but is a pretty cautious girl.
But she loved Sadie so much she wanted to get in line again!
We moved on to face painting.
What did she request- a Pumpkin of course!
And she also got to pick a mini pumpkin and decorate it.
BEST DAY EVER!
Playing in the corn kernels.
I need one of these at home!
The Hay Maze!
We took a risk and set the kids in alone.
They ran around like wild hooligans chasing each other in circles and then
they wouldn't come out even once they found the exit! ha!
Commence crazy mom walking into the exit to fetch out her 2 year old. Serves us right!
The Petting Zoo!
We actually did this twice. The first time she wouldn't even let me set her down.
The second time she was braver in front of her friends. She liked the smaller animals.
And then she started inching up to the larger animals, giving them a quick pat, then running away screaming and laughing! Must have been quite a thrill for her! It was hilarious to watch!
Jack was loving the animals and then a goat nibbled on his cute toes!
Poor baby!
We really had so much fun!
It's so fun to watch Lucy have new experiences and discover the world!
