About a month ago now I ran my first ever 5K. It wasn't that legit. I was mainly doing it to get covered in color! I didn't train one bit, I was just there to have a good time with friends. The running part was not my favorite but the chaos and company was amazing!
I joined with a group of my friends from the Branch. We went old school and made puffy paint shirts one night. Our "team name" was Color Me Slow.
Unfortunately I left my cell in the car and never could find my team. :(
Good thing I had brought along some last minute recruits so I didn't have to walk run alone!
