Have you ever?

Have you ever found yourself WATCHING a work out video instead of DOING the workout video. I have.

I found myself trying to do this workout video...

but i kept stopping, only to find myself staring, jaw dropped enamored with the womans belly moving up and down, no- practically folding into itself as we practiced breathing. What the heck? How on earth is she doing that? Needless to say I turned it off feeling like a failure! Today I went for a walk outside instead...much better! :)

Have you ever gotten on the scale at the gym to check your weight and literally laughed out loud?!
I have.
It was hilarious! People were giving me very strange looks...as especially in a large t-shirt I don't really look pregnant yet. I mean it's crazy, every time i get on a scale and see such a big number (for me) I am so amused and try to hold in my giggles. It's like "wow I can't believe I am really that big, this is awesome!" I guess It's just so real, like I never thought it would actually change that number on the scale. haha. I don't know I swear im losing my mind! :)

Have you ever peed your pants while reading this:

okay-it was close! I was crying though! I hope no one is offended by her. I think she is hilarious..it's basically a big joke and her prey is people kinda like me X10...but I still think it is so stinkin funny. You really should not read on a full bladder. Her birth story back in March is probably my favorite.

Have you ever tried to take a picture of your own pregnant belly?

Well this is what you get:Wow these look way awkward...but you get the idea. I was too impatient to wait for Erik to get home. I am 25 weeks today and have gone through quite the growth spurt. Which has caused for a little bit of muscle cramps and pain in my upper ribs and sides. I am dealing with it though, nothing a little tylenol doesn't help. I am just expanding.

Have you ever boughten a recalled crib for your baby to make money?

We have! I am glad I did my homework because not only is it preventing us from putting our baby in a recalled crib it made us money! We picked up a crib off craigslist for $125, it also came with a mattress. Both had only been used for 3 months. Well the crib was recalled so we turned in the parts for a rebate to Babies R Us for $242.00 towards a new crib. We picked out the crib we liked the best there (see above), which also ended up being one of the cheapest. (sorry against maybe wise advice- we decided to go with white!)So we spent no extra money on it. So in the end we got a brand new crib and a practically new mattress and cover for $125.00. SWEET!!!! It pays to do your research. Now I just need to tackle the stroller/carseat battle.

That is awesome about the crib. We need a new one for Griffin. I wish I would have done that!

I love Tamn too! Sometimes I feel like she's making fun of me (when she talked about missing cafe rio over the summer, etc) She is hilarious.
That is so great about your crib! I never would have thought about that.
I had a hard time with the pregnancy work outs as well. I'm with you, walking was a lot better for me!
Your bump is darling!

I still love the belly pictures. I'm glad you guys got a new, not recalled crib :P You're over half way there. I remember when I would go to the doctor's appointments when I pregnant with Alice, I just stopped looking. It's good you can laugh about it. I was like WOW...should I REALLY be this big!?!

Cute post! Your belly is totally showing-I love it!!! Love the crib too-very cute. ...fyi...that will definitely not be the last time you almost pee your pants, if not let it all go, while you're prego! Sorry it might be TMI for anyone else reading this comment, but those babies make it a little difficult, ok?! LOL

My crib is the ONLY stinking Jardine crib not involved in that recall. It annoys me. I want a new crib! Instead they keep sending me new PARTS to my old crib...so I have a new crib but it's now new...you know!

As for the belly pic...there is a thing called a timer on your camera. Use it! Put it on the dining room table, step back...wala!

Wow! What a story about the crib, and I love all of the rest of your post! I'm glad that you're gaining the weight and your belly is getting bigger! Hooray for a healthy baby growing in you!

Nice work on the crib! This was a fun post to read- you are silly! Yes, I feel like I have done most of those things- especially trying to take my own prego pics! Using the mirror kinda works too?:) And hello you stinka talk about crafting without me?! I so want that XOXO board!

I love having a white crib. it's gender neutral and then your baby room looks really light and clean and airy with he white furniture.

This post brought back many fond memories for me :). Haha. Oh, and I think we've all tried the "take your own belly picture" routine. I finally got smart and started using the timer on the camera...works MUCH better. (At least you turn on work out videos...I don't usually even get that far.)

I agree wathching others work out is more fun. That's why I like the biggest loser. It makes me feel good even though I don't do anything!
