Last weekend we went down to SUU for Nate's Regional Championship Meet. It just happened to be hosted at SUU this year. So we all loaded in the car and went to cheer Nate on. He had previously ran the 10k so he had already qualified for the Conference Championship meet. So unselfish, team player Nate let his teamate who hadnt yet qualify beat him. I was like why did you do that? We came all the way down here to see you throw a race? But he is just a great kid. So he came in second and SUU won the meet overall. It was a hot day sitting out in the sun, but it was good to see Nate run and be with the Fam.

For such a skinny boy check out those leg muscles! And I love his fisted up hands. haha That is his secret to running fast! :) 
His teamate was very grateful that Nate let him win!
