Out Back

Wednesday was the cloudy/rainier day so we took a break from the water fun and just hung out. In the morning we took our kids to this little line of shops that were brightly painted and did a little photo shoot. We   got some really cute pictures of our kids (will post later). While we were taking pictures of our kids some of the men did sneak away to get a little more boogey boarding in. Erik did that every chance he got! 

Later that day we did a "going out to eat" swap. The men did a seafood place for lunch and came home raving about it. None of the girls were interested in seafood so we opted for none other than The Olive Garden for dinner. It was nice to have a little girl date. 

In the evening we did a lot of playing out back. I think the back yard was one of my favorite things about this house. It had a screened in back porch- which has inspired me to install one in our future home. I loved it! We had this huge grassy area in the back that we had all to ourselves and there were several little ponds that were frequented with ducks, turtles and fish. The ducks were the kids favorite! They could have chased those things all day long. There was also a small pool for our little community in the back yard. It was just beautiful! 

Doing tricks! Not sure how this got started- but it was fun non the less. ha!
